On 02-22-2023, San Luis Police officers arrested a suspect that was linked to four separate residential burglaries in the San Luis community. The burglar was identified as Omar Zambada (34 y/o) a resident of San Luis, Arizona. Officers that arrested Omar had worked the investigation during a three week period and were successfully able to link all the burglaries to Omar. Omar was booked into the Yuma County Adult Detention Facility on the following felony charges: 3 counts of Burglary in the 2nd Degree and 1 count of Burglary in the 3rd Degree.
