San Luis PD will be hosting Bicycle Poker Ride to benefit AZ Special Olympics

The San Luis Police Department would like to invite the community to be part of the 1st Annual Bicycle Poker Ride to benefit the Arizona Special Olympics on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the San Luis Police Department located at 1030 E. Union St. San Luis, AZ 85349.

The registration packets will be available at the San Luis Police Department 24/7 and at the City of San Luis Utilities Department from 7AM to 6PM, Mondays through Thursdays. They will also be available the day of the race from 7AM to 8:30AM.

The entry fee for the races for 10 – 17 years of age will be $15 and bike helmets are required. Entry fee for 18 years of age and older will be $25 and can participate in the Poker Game. If registration is submitted by November 28, 2014, you are guaranteed a t-shirt. There will be prizes for first place ($100), second place ($75) and third place ($50) winners.

We invite the community to come and join us at this event which not only will support a great organization like Arizona Special Olympics but is also promoting exercising through the use of bicycles. It is a great opportunity to spend quality time with the family and an excuse to have fun.
